If you intend to perform ‘Umrah on behalf of your female relative, then it is enough for you to intend that within yourself without mentioning her name at all. But it is better to mention her first name, to say, "Labbayka ‘an so-and-so (Here I am on behalf of so and so)."
In his collection of Fataawa, Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen was asked about what one should say when assuming Ihram (ritual state of consecration) for performing Hajj on behalf of someone.
He was also asked about what one should say on the Day of ‘Arafah (the 9th day of Thul-Hijjah), the Day of Nahr (the 10th day of Thul-Hijjah), when throwing the pebbles, and during other rituals. He answered:
